For clients who already have a team in place, we integrate seamlessly: partnering with your interior designer for procurement and coordination only, or working alongside your architect to align with the drawings and carry the interior design and specifications forward.
This collaborative structure allows us to support projects at different stages, complement existing teams, and ensure the design intent is executed with clarity, care, and attention to detail — without the constraints of a traditional design-build model.
CONSULTATION
Every prospective client receives a 30-minute phone consultation - an opportunity for us to connect and discuss your project. During the call, we'll: - Review your project scope - Clarify your goals for the home - Discuss different approaches for design and finishes This focused session helps us identify the best approach for your residential need and allows us to collaborate internally with the estimator to develop a preliminary construction estimate.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Our interior design provides a comprehensive and stress-free approach to transforming spaces. We will create a personalized concept covering color schemes, layouts, and aesthetics. Once approved, the team oversees every aspect of implementation, from selecting all hard finishes and coordinating deliveries and installations. We work closely with the build team to ensure the design intent is successfully executed, maintaining a seamless connection between design and construction. This service ensures a harmonious and functional result, ideal for clients seeking a professionally curated and cohesive design without the intricacies of managing the process themselves.
FINISHES & FIXTURES
From flooring and tile to cabinetry, appliances, and lighting, our Finishes & Fixtures service ensures every material choice supports both the style and function of your space. Through a curated selection process, we help you navigate options and make confident decisions that align with your vision. Once selections are finalized, we take care of sourcing, coordination with vendors, and seamless collaboration with the build team. This service is especially well-suited for clients working with an architect on the overall design but who prefer to outsource the detailed selection of finishes—ensuring a cohesive, high-quality result.
PROCUREMENT & DELIVERY COORDINATION
Our Procurement and Delivery service handles the ordering and timely delivery of all materials according to your architect's or designer's finish schedule. We take the hassle out of coordinating with multiple vendors by managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and scheduling deliveries directly to your site. This ensures everything arrives on time and in perfect condition, keeping your project on schedule and running smoothly. This service is designed specifically for projects where an architect or designer has already created a detailed finish schedule, and the focus is on placing orders and coordinating deliveries efficiently.
