Caitlin grew up in construction - it's a family trade and lifelong rhythm - and has forged her own path as a woman in the industry. In additional to residential project management, her background spans special inspections, commercial construction manager, hospital IOR apprenticeships and architectural studies at UC Berkeley. Caitlin's path has been defined by both the science and soul of construction. She is committed to curating solutions that reflect both the people and the place, delivering beautiful builds and smart solutions for clients.

President
Ali leads the Builders division, co-manages Vault, and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including client services, marketing, and team leadership. Ali ensures that every project is executed with clarity, efficiency, and an uncompromising standard of quality. Ali brings a rare blend of client relations expertise, operational strategy, and marketing acumen. Her career spans launching and scaling a corporate project management firm in San Francisco as Director of Operations, as well as more than 15 years of experience spearheading product launches and high-end events for Fortune 500 companies. This diverse background allows her to hold the big picture while staying deeply attuned to the details that matter most—ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and confidently guided from start to finish.

General Superintendent
Joe has been involved in high-end residential remodels for over 22 years and his passion for construction goes back to his childhood. Joe has worked as a journeyman carpenter, foreman and superintendent on many Bay Area homes. He also has over five years of experience in commercial property special inspections. Ask anyone who knows Joe and they will tell you his passion and love for building is evident in every project. Joe’s craftsmanship, communication skills and detail management sets him apart as a leader with clients, project managers and subcontractors alike.

Head of Procurement & Design
Becky has a rare combination of construction management experience, executive assistant talent and knowledge in curating design packages and finishes for clients. Becky holds degrees in both Interior Design and Social Science, with years of experience as both a Junior Interior Designer and Project Manager. Becky thrives in the fast-paced, detail-oriented world of residential builds and brings her sharp communication skills and friendly energy to every project.

Project Manager
Eddie is a seasoned professional with a passion for helping homeowners bring their renovation and remodeling visions to life. He has worked in residential, multi-family, commercial and life sciences projects, where he refined his skills in budgeting, risk management and customer-focused project execution. Eddie’s calm demeanor and knowledge bring high-quality craftsmanship and effective problem solving to even the most complex of builds, while staying on schedule and within budget.

Billing Specialist and Office Manager
Monica brings 18 years of construction bookkeeping experience to Cappa & Co, with both a residential and commercial project background. In addition, her background includes 10 years in estimating, sales and project management support. Monica’s strong knowledge of all aspects of construction documents and protocols is an huge asset to clients, subs and vendors alike.

Project Manager
Daniel is a Project Manager with experience across public works, commercial construction, and high-end residential projects. Raised working alongside his father, a general contractor and carpenter, he brings a hands-on understanding of construction to his work. Detail-oriented and a practical problem solver, he believes strong collaboration and clear communication are essential to successful projects and works closely with clients and teams from start to finish.
